The Board has not issued its decision on what cases will be designated as
Significant Decisions for the last quarter of 2006. However, it did issue a
very interesting Statistical Report January 5, 2007. In 2006, it received
5,984 total Board appeals. Surprisingly, only 211 cases were appealed to
superior court in 2006.
