At our Annual Claims Professional Workshop in November, we asked you to provide feedback on our website and newsletter. Almost all responders indicated they find the newsletter at least somewhat helpful to their job. Below are response we received.
What did responders like?
Case summaries for workers' compensation law in both Oregon and Washington were overwhelmingly marked as the most useful part of the newsletter. Other favorite parts include focused articles and processing tips, information on new legislation and SBH happenings.
What would you like to see different?
When asked what they would like to see, one third of responders said "change nothing!" However, one third asked for more case law. Approximately one fifth of responders indicated they would like to hear about new legislation being proposed, while smaller numbers asked for more articles, announcements of upcoming events, and OSHA updates.
In what form do you want to receive your newsletter?
Right now, about 50% of responders receive our newsletter in hard copy and 50% via e-mail. Approximately 60% indicated they would prefer the newsletter either via e-mail or as a link to the newsletter on our website.
