Lance was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2001 and the Washington State Bar in 2006. Since 2001, he has represented employers in matters associated with workers’ compensation. He continues to assist employers and insurers with workers’ compensation and employment related matters in both Oregon and Washington.
