Law Practice [cont.]Brian’s practice focused on defending insured and self-insured employers in industrial injury and occupational disease cases. From 1998 through 2002, he served as corporate counsel for the region’s largest automobile retailer, resolving employment, consumer protection and business practice issues. Brian joined Sather, Byerly and Holloway in 2002, and became a partner in 2006. He focuses his practice on defending employers and insurers in workers’ compensation, OR-OSHA and employment related matters.
