Law Practice [cont.]He later became Chief Prosecutor for the Attorney Generals office for the Territory of Guam. After returning to Oregon in 1984, Ron was appointed Chief Deputy District Attorney for Lincoln County. He then began his workers’ compensation practice as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oregon assigned to SAIF Corporation as lead attorney in its Medford office. In 1998, Ron became trial counsel for a workers’ compensation defense firm in Beaverton. He joined Sather, Byerly & Holloway in 2001. Ron focuses on defending insured and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation and employment related matters.
