Law Practice

Rebecca joined SBH in 2004, after being admitted to the Oregon State Bar. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of Oregon. Rebecca's practice has focused on employment issues including employer consultation, policy development and litigation.

She also defends employers and insurers on workers' compensation claims, and represents SBH clients in appellate matters before the courts and the Workers' Compensation Board.

Professional Activities

Oregon State Bar; United States District Court, District of Oregon; Oregon State Bar Workers' Compensation, Appellate, and Labor & Employment Law Sections. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, the Portland Human Resources Management Association, the Oregon Women Lawyers Society, and Oregon Association of Defense Attorneys. Rebecca is a regular contributor to and editor for SBH's Quarterly Newsletter.
